User Agreement

The undersigned will only use access granted to emcesd-p.com for their own personal educational use. The username and password is granted only to an individual, not a company, and is not to be shared with anyone else unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. The period of membership is one year from the date that a username and password are created except for the period before January 1, 2005. Individuals signing up before then will have a free period until January 1, 2005 and their paid membership will start on January 1, 2005.

Since all content is downloadable upon granting of a username and password, refunds will be not be given unless request is made before downloading significant content. Refunds may be made under other circumstances if the user affirms that all downloaded content, including all copies on any media, has been destroyed. Refunds will not be made for circumstances such as server outages or internet problems. If such problems continue for a significant time, a month for instance, the membership period will be extended by an equal amount of time. In the case that the owner of this website is incapacitated in a way that prevents continuing the site, such as death or serious illness, there will be no refund, but the site will remain available for a significant period (several months or longer) to allow members to download any content they wish.

The owner of emcesd-p.com may change a username and password at anytime. This would be done if unusually high downloads occur indicating that a username/password has been in use by more than one person (except for prior arrangement). It is the user's responsibility to contact the owner and request a new username and/or password.

This site is best viewed with Mozilla. All the information will be visible, but the appearance may differ with other browsers.
